Money Matters

The project starts with a 1/3 deposit from the quoted price. After design sign off and before we move into programming, we collect the second 1/3. Once we have completed all work and you sign off, the final 1/3 is collected and your website is then scheduled for launch.

We accept credit cards, checks, PayPal, Venmo, ACH, Cash App, and even cash 🙂
We charge $100/hr for all our hourly development. Keep in mind that a lot can be accomplished in an hour. And we will only charge you in 15-minute increments for the time it took us to do the work. So if a change takes us 12 minutes to complete, your charge would be $25.

We can also quote you for a project ahead of time. So based on our experience if we estimate your project to take 5 hours and we quote you $500, that will be the charge, even if we underestimated the number of work hours. That’s on us!
NO! There are absolutely no hidden costs. The price is all-inclusive! We initially discuss your project with you in detail and include everything in the quote. As long as the scope of the project does not change, we will honor the price you are quoted, even if the project takes us longer than we estimated.

If in the middle of development, you add more functions to the website, we will provide you with an additional quote. If possible, we will incorporate these additions into the initial development. If this is not possible to do, we will create a “second phase” plan with you to be completed once the website goes live.

The cost of a website can vary depending on many factors, just like the cost of a computer. Though our website projects generally start anywhere between $900 – $1200 range for basic business sites and range upward depending on your unique needs.

There are oh so many factors that influence the ultimate cost of any given website. It’s like customizing a computer. The more additions and customization, the higher the cost.

Your Website

Great question! Absolutely. YES! Everything that we build will be 100% owned by you. Most of our clients stay with us for the life of the website. But if for any reason you decide you want to take your site to another hosting service and get another company to service the site, we will happily assist you in making the transition as effortlessly and efficiently as possible. The website is yours after all, and we want you to take it wherever you go.
Sure! We have great maintenance plans for any size websites. We can work on individual projects as well.

If it’s a website we built, the transition is seamless. We will continue to work on it and maintain it after it is live. If it’s a website that someone else built, we will initially conduct an evaluation of the website and 9 out of 10 times we will be able to work with it.

The only exemption is free build-it-yourself websites. We do not work with those. Often times, the hosting company gives you very limited access to the files and back-end coding. That is proprietary to them and it makes it very difficult for us to maintain.
Yes! We host most of our client’s sites. We do this so that we can monitor your website to make sure that it is running smoothly and if anything goes wrong, we will fix it at no additional charge to you.

We use fast & reliable ( and did we say affordable?) hosting servers backed by an award-winning high-level technical support staff. Our servers have a 99.9% uptime guarantee and we do not require a long term contract.

We know that you have a choice of web hosting companies, but are you going to get dedicated personal support from them that know your website? You will with us! We make it a point to know every one of our hosting websites in order to provide you with the best possible support. We do this so that you don’t have to worry about anything except running your business!
All sites are different, but typically a website will take on the average 6 to 8 weeks to complete. Smaller websites can be completed around 4 weeks and Larger websites as well as e-Commerce anywhere from 10 to 12 weeks.

No, not directly. If your website needs copywriting, original illustrations or custom photography, let us know in our initial review of the project and we will be happy to make recommendations or you can use your own resources and we will integrate these into your website.
Yes. We have an extensive library of stock photos and work with large stock photo houses to provide you will all the stock photos that your website will need. If there are specific photos that you find that are not in our network, we’ll let you know what size we need and you will need to obtain those and provide us with an acceptable resolution photo.
